Ham Lake does something similar, on last week they drove around the neighborhoods with a decorated fire truck and Santa waiving to the houses. They had sirens going and everything (pretty loud). I guess it is some kind of tradition. We stood at the window and waived (mostly trying to see what the ruckuss was about)</description>
