Another Naming Contest
I’ve often thought it would be cool to have a name for my bass. I feel a great sentimental attachment to it and it seems a shame to simply address it as “my bass.” Here’s a picture for inspiration.

Holidays Survived
Well, we’ve managed to survive another busy holiday season. Sadly, the retail biz is in full swing for the next event: Valentine’s Day. The good news is I’m enjoying a late Christmas present to myself: some new tunes courtesy of BMG. Mae’s new album, Singularity, is pretty good. I’m on my second listen and really liking it. I would highly recommend Mae, especially their second album, The Everglow. It’s great pop/rock music.
